What is Meditation?
Meditation is the practice of replacing discursive thoughts with another object of attention. But take that jargon away and what you'll find is that meditation is the practice of coming home to yourself. This workshop will provide you with the building blocks to do just that.
During our time together we'll cover the benefits of meditation, what it looks and feels like and practical steps toward building a sustainable daily practice. This workshop is perfect for both those returning to a practice after some time away or those looking to jumpstart a meditative practice in 2020. Together, we'll join the mind and body in this present moment.
