Summer Pop-Up Pilates

Join Beau for a six week Contemporary Pilates series. In every 60 minute session you will access your “powerhouse” to build stamina, burn calories, and improve cardiovascular fitness. A great way to strengthen, tone and sculpt your body. Sign up, improve your body awareness and increase your endurance. Choose to attend the full 6 weeks (12 classes) at a discounted rate or simply drop in to any of the classes

Classes are scheduled twice a week for 6 weeks:

Sunday mornings ( 8:45am- 9:40am ) &
Wednesday evenings ( 5:15pm - 6:10pm )
